My Daily Peptides (“MDP,” “we,” “us”) provides a mobile and web application that helps individuals track peptides, supplements, medications, protocols, doses, bloodwork, weight, and fitness, and offers optional AI-powered features. This Privacy Policy explains what data the My Daily Peptides application collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the My Daily Peptides app and tracker (the “App”).
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and any display name you choose. We assign a user identifier to store your data.
Health and wellness data you enter. The App is a tracking tool, so the information you log is central to how it works. This may include: peptides, supplements, and medications; doses, schedules, and cycles; bloodwork and biomarker values you record; weight and body-composition entries; and workout/fitness activity. If you connect a third-party service (for example Strava or a smart scale), we import the data you authorize.
Purchase information. If you subscribe to MDP AI Premium, your subscription status is managed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your entitlement (active/inactive). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Usage and diagnostic data. We collect basic analytics about how the App is used (for example, which features are opened) to improve the product.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the App, store your data, and display your protocols, schedules, and history.
- To power optional AI features you choose to use (see “AI Features” below).
- To personalize your experience — AI responses are tailored to the data you have logged.
- To process and validate your MDP AI Premium subscription.
- To analyze and improve the App.
- To communicate with you about your account or the service.
AI Features and Third-Party Processing
The App offers optional AI features: the Ask AI coach, label/medication scanning, and bloodwork analysis. When you use one of these features, the relevant information needed to generate a response (for example, a question you type, a photo of a label, or the biomarker values being analyzed, together with related context from your logged data) is sent to our AI processor, OpenAI, to generate the result. This data is processed to return your result and is not used by OpenAI to train its models under our API agreement. If you do not use the AI features, this data is not sent.
AI output is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. The App does not diagnose, prescribe, or set dosing. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for cross-app or cross-site advertising or tracking. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App:
- OpenAI — processes AI feature requests as described above.
- Cloudflare — hosting and data storage.
- Apple — processes App Store subscription payments and entitlements.
- Public health databases (NIH RxNav/RxClass, openFDA) — queried for medication/interaction information using drug names only; we do not send your identity.
Some pages may contain affiliate links (for example, Amazon Associates). These are contextual links; we do not share your personal data with affiliates for advertising targeting. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data Security and Retention
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect your information. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Your Choices”).
Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction. You can view and edit the data you have entered directly in the App.
- Deletion. You may delete individual entries in the App, or request deletion of your entire account and data by contacting us at the email below.
- Subscription. You can manage or cancel MDP AI Premium at any time in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
- Third-party connections. You can disconnect linked services (e.g., Strava, smart scale) at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Website Cookies
Our website may set cookies for basic functionality (for example, if you leave a comment or log in). These cookies contain no sensitive personal data and are used only for convenience and site operation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
